This morning I found this little post that I found not only beautiful, but also very applicable to our life.

I have had a cat for more than 5 years and I must say that I have learned a lot from her, her behaviors and above all her way of living life.

A good learning strategy is to Watch them and interact with them, they are good teachers and very very understandable.

So... follow your cat's lessons, for sure your life will be calmer and you will live better.

If you have a cat, if you've ever shared your home with one, you'll understand exactly what I'm talking about. If you are the type of person who usually says "I don't like cats", you may find it hard to believe me, but the behavior of these animals is exemplary.

Cats love us and let themselves be loved without harassing us, without demanding too much, without invading our space and always defending their own. They are silent, elastic, mysterious, beautiful from head to toe.

  1. It is necessary to keep the clean body, to walk with elegance, to be aware of one's beauty, even if some are not able to assimilate it.
  2. It is not necessary to bark to communicate. Silence is our ally. Caresses and eye contact can open doors for you.
  3. Any time is a good time for a nap if the place seems appropriate. On the other hand, you deserve to give yourself the pleasure of sleep. If you are tired, rest.
  4. Independence** is the ultimate: it makes it easier and more fun to love others.
  5. In case the people around you don't like you, ignore, avoid, withdraw. Don't let their poor understanding of who you are keep you awake at night.
  6. It is better to eat little and several times a day and eat slowly. For health and beauty.
  7. Curiosity** may kill you, but the risk is worth it. Who would want to miss the pleasure of finding out what's behind the door, what's moving in the garden?
  8. If you are falling irretrievably, try to do it standing up and with your head held high.
  9. Not everyone is worthy of your love, not everyone is worthy of your love, not everyone is worthy of your love, not everyone is worthy of your love, not everyone is worthy of your love. **Being selective allows you to love the chosen ones more and better.
  10. It doesn't matter if you are antisocial or avoidant: you can find someone willing to fall in love with you.

I'm sure you can think of many more. I invite you to share them.
