Breaking the Chains of Comparison:

Don't compare yourself to anyone, you will break into a thousand pieces. You are you, with your own feelings, with your worn out shoes, with your steps walked.... Only you know your stones and your walls. If you compare yourself, you stop. Don't do it, dear heart. Don't worry so much and don't explain too much to those who don't understand your words. But what do others know...

Embracing Imperfection and Prioritizing Self-Care:

Don't worry so much if you don't get to everything. If one day you fall asleep, if one day you can't, if one day you fail to somersault, if one day you don't land on your feet and there's no applause. DON'T WORRY! The alarms will keep ringing and this crazy, insane world will keep spinning like a Ferris wheel. Always juggling, with our hearts running wild and our haste biting us, with our tongues hanging out and our legs ready to run. I don't know who invented the rules, surely someone who doesn't follow them.

Trust the Divine Moment and Embrace your Courage:

Don't worry so much. Keep your cool. Everything comes when it's meant to come, everything passes like a gale, today's deafening noises will become a waltz you can dance to. I promise. Don't worry so much. If you fail, it's because you try and the mere fact of trying is for the brave.

Take a breath and don't worry so much. Life is short and it's not worth spending a day crying. Remember that practicing mindfulness and awareness can help you find calm in the midst of chaos and connect with the beauty of the present.
