A simple, inexpensive almond oil will fulfill this function. - When you go to the bathroom, do not forget to always wipe from front to back, so as not to pass germs from the anus to the vagina.

3. Look at her - Take a mirror. You can see the face, but not the vulva. Just as the mirror gives you direct information about any changes that occur in the face, by never looking at the vulva with a mirror, women ignore many alterations that could easily be solved at the beginning - for example, pimples, cracks, or condylomas... - Know yourself. The mirror is not only useful for detecting abnormalities. It also serves to get to know yourself and "make friends".
